Rivermouth

This is where the Russian River enters the Pacific to form an elusive sandbar. It is in one of Northern California’s most beautiful areas where whale sightings are commonplace. This is a favorite haul-out place for seals and so attracts the occasional great white shark. Sampling these tasty barrels requires that you get right into the food chain. Original oil on canvas is 14”x 28”, Campion collection.
