Bodega Head

>

Oil on canvas, 24 x 36. Looking north from Bodega Head on a cold December day, this view includes Mussel Point jutting out into the Pacific. The far distant headland is the Meyer’s Grade area. The extreme low tide on this day has exposed the seaweed and mussel encrusted rocks. This is a favorite spot along the Sonoma coast for watching the whale migration. Simic Galleries, Carmel ,CA.
