Some years ago I was living in Hawaii, surfing a lot and I would create the occasional freehand airbrush painting featuring a wave. Not just any old wave but a perfect, hollow surfer's dream wave. These became quite popular and I began getting commissions for ever larger works, some measuring ten feet or more. I rarely do these anymore, but here is a selection from back in the day.
